This is Chef Walter Sawan's take on Two Classic Dishes. 

Indian Aloo Gobi & Steak Frites

It's very simple to make and really didn't come to that much in price. The most expensive part was the Cauliflower, but that was mainly because I couldn't get to my favorite Vegetable store before they closed. 

I Wrote, Filmed (with the help of my two chef friends Mr Alain Williams and Mr Farrel Sagmaquen. Cameramen extraordinaire the both of them), edited, produced, directed and scored the entire thing... This is my first time doing something this Grand as far as production goes for my previous Cooking videos.
